什么是Wal-mart FCCA验厂？

沃尔玛（Wal-mart）新推行的FCCA验厂全称为：Factory Capability & Capacity Assessment，即工厂产量及能力评估，其目的是审核工厂的产量及生成能力是否符合沃尔玛的产能和质量要求。

Wal-mart FCCA验厂内容是什么？

Wal-mart FCCA验厂主要内容包括以下几个方面：

1、Factory Facilities and Environment工厂设施和环境

2、Machine Calibration and Maintenance机器校准和维护

3、Quality Management System质量管理体系

4、Incoming Materials Control来料控制

5、Process and Production Control过程和生产控制

6、In-House Lab-Testing内部实验室测试

7、Final inspection最终检验

Wal-mart对供应商的要求

●所提供的商品必须质量优良，符合中国政府及地方政府的各项标准和要求。

●所提供的商品价格必须是市场最低价。

●必须提供全部的企业带样品。

●首次洽谈或新品必须带样品。

●有销售纪录的增值税发票复印件。

●能够满足大批订单的需求。在接到沃尔玛订单后，如有供应短缺的问题，应立即通知。连续三次不能满足沃尔玛订单将取消与该供应商的合作关系。

●供应商必须通过道德评估（ES Audit）、反恐评估（GSV）和产能产量评估（FCCA）,出货时也要通过ITS的质量评估。

●供应商不得向采购人员提供任何形式的馈赠，如有发现，将做严肃处理。

另外，沃尔玛鼓励供应商采取电子化手段与其联系。
